BSNL’s Loyalty Reward Point Scheme is a innovative reward program started by BSNL  through which loyal customers can  get reward points when their customer uses BSNL Land line and Broadband services. Reward points earned can be redeemed in terms as Free Metered Call Units (MCUs) for making free call on BSNL “On Net” calls and also as discount coupons from over 500+ brands or merchants

What is BSNL reward points

Individual BSNL customers who are availing landline and broadband service are eligible to earn reward points except the following: 

•   ISDN PRI, Franchisee, EPBX, PCO, VPT, CSC or service connections for serving or retired employees of Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Units (PSUs) and so on who are entitled for 20% discount on FMC usage under broadband plan 
•  Electronic stapling enrolled accounts including their child accounts 
•  20% scheme enrolled customers 
•  Annual, Bi-annual and Tri-annual Customers who are availing concession or discount. The Loyalty Reward Point scheme benefit is extended to the Landline and Broadband customers whose monthly bill amount is Rs.400 and above, and bi-monthly amount is Rs.800 and above

Reward Points For every Rs.50 of the invoice paid within pay-by-date, one loyalty reward point is granted to the customer. Hence, the more the customer uses BSNL landline and broadband services, the more points are earned. there should be a minimum of 50 points to start spending and a maximum of 500 points.

How to Check BSNL Reward Points

If you’re an existing customer of BSNL, then you can use your user credentials to access the official customer portal and access the page to check your BSNL Rewards, and follow these steps to know how to check Rewards form BSNL portal.

1. Visit the official BSNL customer Care portal https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in/tungsten/UI/facelets/login.xhtml
2. Here pass your User ID followed by Password
3. Click on Login button to visit the BSNL official page
4. You will be taken to customer exclusive page
5. Click on Service form the top left corner menu
6. Scroll down to select Check my Loyalty History
7. Here you will be taken to the Loyalty History page
8. That’s it, in this page, you can view reward points earned based on your transaction for BSNL account number.
9. You can click on Account number to view each transaction for which you have earned BSNL Rewards.

How to Redeem BSNL Rewards Loyalty Points

If you’re a BSNL customer, then you can use your BSNL Reward points collected to redeem them from the official website.

1. Visit BSNL Rewards official website using qpons.in/bsnl to check the official page with exclusive offers
2. Click on the Login button and choose the option as BSNL or other customers
3. Enter your credentials or register to BSNL Rewards if your new customer
4. BSNL customer will get their details auto loaded in this site
5. Select an item from the cart and click on buy it using your BSNL Reward points
6. That’s it, everyone is eligible to access the Rewards official site and buy or redeem exclusive coupons with your loyalty points.
